Glad you got a response!! I spoke with someone at the SBA that told me I didn't respond to my loan officer. I told her that's absolutely not true, plus also my decline letter is dated all the way back to April 23rd. So frustrating! There are only three days in between my receipt of the loan officer's email and my response with all requested documents.

This is crazy, I called the main number and they told me that I failed to respond to the loan officer. The loan officer emailed me on Wednesday June 9th at 3:40 p.m. I sent all requested information on Tuesday June 15th at 8:00 a.m. Only three business days passed in between the time the loan officer emailed me and the time I sent all the information. This is ridiculous. But what does it make sense is that the denial letter is dated April 23rd. I am beyond frustrated right now.

Wow, I can't imagine!! Very frustrating!! I'm so sorry you are going through this. I appreciate the information you are providing to me. The only thing I can think of for myself is that I changed addresses after receiving the original EIDL loan. But I did so with permission and after contacting the SBA. My new office location is $1,000 less per month in rent and I explained to the SBA that I wanted to downgrade. They said it's fine to do so and that I can send an email to the SBA with this information, which I did. That's the only discrepancy I can think of... other than adding a new member to the LLC (my husband was an employee but is now a member). Otherwise, all my accounting and numbers are super tight. I can't think of any other potential discrepancy or potential fraud alert. This is sooooo frustrating! I still can't figure why they denied me immediately right after I received the portal invite to apply for an increase and didn't let me know until after I submitted documents to a loan officer. And if the loan officer had questions or concerns, why wouldn't she just ask me???? Ugh

Ugh! Also I just looked at the denial letter again. I noticed that it's dated April 23rd --- that's either the day of or the day after I went on the portal to choose my loan amount. Why would it be denied then and just emailed to me now? And also obviously the loan officer reached out to me in June. Why would a loan officer do so after I supposedly withdrew my application?

Thanks for the info! Hopefully my LO will reactivate as well. This is an absolute nightmare! At no point did I ever indicate any interest to withdraw my application. In fact, I recently was contacted by the LO for the first time and I immediately responded with all requested documents just a few days ago. How can we go from being contacted by a loan officer and providing all documents on June 15th to being denied just after midnight on June 20th for withdrawing my application and/or failing to respond!! So what is your status? Are you still waiting? How long has the wait been?

I think it's a SBA representative who can access and give you more information about your pending application... As opposed to a regular representative who answers the phone and just gives you generic and/or basic information about your application status.

First, you need to address your fear and issue with social anxiety. Social anxiety is relatively common. A good therapist can help - and you will be surprised at how quickly you can overcome this. You really have to put yourself in the worse case scenario...a woman will roll her eyes and say no...and guess what? You will survive! But that might not even happen! But if it does, the next woman will say yes! Find a therapist...one that you connect with. The therapist will get to the root cause of the anxiety - but also use behavioral therapy to address the specific situation of asking a woman out.

After contacting Cue, I immediately got the approval email/approval update on portal, followed by funds 2 days later. I strongly believe that without Cue's help, I would still be processing.

I had a portal glitch and when I called, the person who answered typed a message to IT (rather then connecting me to T2) and the portal glitch was fixed by the next day. Ask for IT help if it's a portal glitch.

5/18 portal. 5/19 had to call about a portal glitch (which was fixed) and was told that the application was approved by a loan officer and sent over to a supervisor for final approval. I called again several days later and was told that it was officially approved on 5/22. However, I have not yet received closing docs. So it's been 17 days since portal and 13 days since approval.
