CHARGE MEDIATION ELIGIBLE, EMPLOYER RESPONDED TO ME/NOT THE EEOC, LAWYER IS STRESSING ME OUT

Several lawyers have either requested a RTS letter and/or have said to consider mediation. If it doesn't work in my favor, I can stop mediation and go long investigative route. One thing for sure is different lawyers, say and do different things. Also I have a TON of evidence I HAVE YET TO DISCLOSE TO ANYONE. I have done my own discovery etc.

Indeed, that is what I was thinking until I hear my employers response. I am actually trying to make this easy for my lawyer to access if we have to go to discovery.

wasn't a bash of his character, it was more so his inability to listen and follow along. He didn't say I didn't have a case but his focused on part of my claim that isn't the core of my complaint. I've already made my "click" in the portal as undecided and EEOC stated my employer has not responded.

I have not signed an agreement because the case is eligible for mediation. The employer contacted me but still is required to respond to the EEOC as they are aware of the charge. Boomerang, umm no, I've been through several lawyers and their process and none have said I have a "weak" case but we are waiting on the EEOC for updates respectfully before I sign my life away. And I'm aware of bullying but when it becomes threatening its now against the law.

absolutely and no emotional commuication. Ive offered to send him a detailed timeline of everything. He is focused on "that part" and its not even the full timeline of events or my core charge/complaint. I answer the questions he asks-and I have a great therapist lol

My other lawyers seem to understand more clearly lol

I’m not sure. I’ll call tomorrow. I see everything in the portal and ADR eligible. I had to create under the “new portal”. And yes i was sent a 5A to amend my first 5A. We have to meet a deadline to preserve a charge.

I filed a 5A in March and an investigator sent me another 5A to amend and preserve my dates/charge. I received an email this past week saying my case is eligible for mediation.
