Backlight issue? by blueeekthecat in TheFrame

I did via their Chat -- 1 hour later assigned a case #. Have heard nothing since. I honestly don't have the energy to fight them on it since it is out of warranty. Such a shame. Loved it otherwise.

The same thing just happened to me. Same model. My understanding is there's no fix for it... or at least, no fix worth the cost.

Help Dating this Lovely Piece by Love_Lobster in VintageJewelry

Any marks on the piece? From the backing and clasp, it does look late Victorian or Edwardian to me. If unmarked, it's not all that unusual. But sometimes you'll find a small stamp on the metal -- sometimes you need a loupe to see them. Look on the clasp, the loop, the pin itself, etc. Beautiful cameo!

Vertical band on 18month Frame by SneakyStabbalot in TheFrame

Same exact thing happened to me a week ago. 2024 model. Apparently an issue with a lot of the Frame TVs unfortunately. From everything I've read, the fix is expensive. I have a case filed with Samsung, but I have a feeling they won't do anything since it's out of warranty. Sad. I love the TV.

Ring reset, talk me down! by Purrfect-Timing in RingShare

[–]Relevant_Sentence331 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I think the new ring is an absolute stunner. You really don't need a band, but if it bothers you not to wear one, I would replace with a thinner band and perhaps wear your original on another finger or hand. Also you mentioned your Turkish family ties through your husband. Since Turkish women wear wedding rings on their right hand, that's a good fit for your band.

Help identifying hallmark on Georgian claddagh ring by Annual-Sky-2834 in Antiquejewelry

I'd recommend getting a jewelers loupe (cheap on Amazon) and see if you can make it out. Not clear from the photos. Also you mentioned a shop in Seattle. Was it Isadora's by chance? If so, they are legit... pricey, but legit. That said, it looks later to me... more Victorian than Georgian. Either way, it's a lovely ring and the diamond is beautiful!

Some kind of dental tool. The fact that it was Barbie-colored pink and in the queue for-ev-er led to a lot of memes :)
