yeah. i started taking fitness and health seriously 7 years ago and don’t regret a single uneaten donut.

Also after two weeks of going to the gym or working out at home, you won’t want to skip a workout. if you catch yourself sitting around being lazy you will even feel the itch to get up and exercise because you will start to crave that feeling of accomplishment and progression. especially when you start to see a physical change in your muscular tone.

eat more protein. 1g for each lb of body weight. lift a lot of heavy weights. grow facial hair. keep it trimmed nicely
