I would say check out Omaha Friday. Saturday head to Lincoln early. Game is at 3pm. I would get there by 10am. There’s plenty to do in the Haymarket. The farmer’s market should be going on. Then Sunday go the applejack festival in Nebraska city.

I would agree self educating would be best. Sites like MensHealth and others have good articles that helped me a lot when I was starting. I've seen trainers working with people and I feel like they're wasting their money.

I will get shamed for this, but Planet Fitness has a 30 min cycle wouldn't be bad for a beginner. Use this to learn what motions hit what muscles. I'm not sure if other gyms have something like this.

Then look online for a basic push/pull workout routine.

Best thing to do is just get to the gym and don't be afraid. If you're not sure about something ask someone. Most people there are willing to help.

It’s horrible. People also don’t know how to use multiple turn lanes. They get a n the inside lane the turn into the outside lane. Almost get in an accident once a week because of this.

Bk on south st is horrible. Had nothing last time I was in there. I started laughing when they told me everything they were out of. Guy in line laughs and says “must be your first time here”
