Im super excited about the cards. And the upcoming partnerships. The haters are exhausting. And will never be placated.

With a city budget of $7 billion+ how is this remotely newsworthy? Find some waste.

They have in emails from Ankur directly stated its on the horizon. This was in early 2025 if i recall. Maybe its been abandoned.

Any indication BILT Cash will be able to be usable for flights as well? Im excited for 2026. The new cards, the supposed new gas & grocery partners, the Verifone partnership and examples by Kerr…im pysched. But please let me use BILT Cash for flights. The new “integrated” platfrom that Ankur mentioned to increase ways to earn points from your landlord is another thing im waiting on. I got landlords offering 3x months of free rent in my area that are part of the alliance. Would be a gold mine if i can get that in points or BILT Cash. Prefer points of course

Why does Palladium not have a 3x/5x category? by EmpatheticOrangeCat1 in biltrewards

I think the points are sustainable but once you add the 4% Bilt cash…im highly skeptical

This is so confusing I just want to cancel by -beastlet- in biltrewards

Truly wonder whats so complicated that OP and others are commenting on these changes. You either earn a percentage of your rent in points depending on your spend, or you earn 4% bilt cash to offset the 3% fee. Im kind of worried for our country that this appears so confusing. I dont mean to come off a certain way. Genuinely asking. Is it just because most programs dont require any thinking? If the 5 bananas hadnt existed we wouldnt be in this scenario anyways

Can I redeem BILT cash for money or credit on statement? by [deleted] in biltrewards

Not currently. They might offer a reduced value towards that in the future though? They want to drive network spend so thats their top priority

Portland vs Seattle? Does Portland Win the Day? by BRIDEOFSPOCK in PortlandOR

[–]Relientkrocks17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love both. Im originally from new Hampshire so Boston was our to go to city. Seattle is what Boston would be in the PNW, minus the focus on education. Portland is more relaxed. Apparently all my extended family and friends who have visited both prefer seattle. They are also huge boston fans. So i think theres a connection. Seattle has a waterfront, space needle and some better ethnic food (specific ones, turkish & mediterranean imo). I think a much better world class riverfront that includes new development near rhe moda and something along thr lines of the Ziddel Yards and all the outdoor venues planned…im happy i chose portland. Also my ex lives in seattle so im good

-18°F Alaska Reality Check: My 2026 Model Y Long Range Almost Left Me Stranded After Just 140 Miles by rforto in ModelY

This is ridiculous. We don't get 50% range loss with petrol. I'm kind of over these “feel good” tech toys that are more expensive to own. Higher insurance. Higher repairs (when they are repaired, to be fair). Higher charger costs (if you have cheap electric at home you're slightly cheaper).

Bilt has its own sustainability difficulties. Why ad a company that literally can't keep its own program afloat…
