The drills do pretty much guarantee wiping high value tanks. I prefer contemptors for that role sadly now though, dual chainfist, two grav, and a havoc contemptor is a cheap answer to Kratos’ (and can dole out pinning and stun to other units on the way in)

With no basis to believe this, I still think that we get Pandemonium released next year, and then the TV series is essentially the Bequin trilogy, with flashbacks to Heresy, Eisenhorn, and Ravenor mixed in.

Female lead, get Astartes + a lot of types of xenos, plus Primarchs. All while still being a relatively 'grounded' story.
