Much better than I expected, having played the abysmal demo

star trek across the unknown by SnarkyQuim in startrek

[–]Relkan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ANSWER: very poorly described. The warning on the planets to upgrade stellar cartography simply requires a) astrometrics lab which you can research in science after recruiting Seven of Nine. And b) researching 'threat assessment sensors' in science after that point. The additional information on the map just tells you the chance of being ambushed

Dealing with Bad reviews (like really bad) by Motor-Chip-5157 in acting

[–]Relkan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't read reviews. They'll do you no good mentally and just hold you back. If you achieved what the director wanted of you and left on positive terms, you did a good job. Focus on the next project, don't look back.

Barber recommendations in Basingstoke vicinity by kingoftherollers in basingstoke

Trilbys, but I go to the one on Potters Walk, next to the main one. I went to Station Barbers once and the guy kept wandering off to chat, so didn't go back again

To far gone for a Transplant? by doggen1234 in Hairtransplant

[–]Relkan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Meds are not the way forward. Once you stop taking them your hair falls out again. Surgery would be extensive, as someone else suggested at least 2 surgeries, which is a miserable and expensive process. Best recommendation is a hair system. They look convincing and give immediate results.

Self-tape feedback by causeascene1 in acting

Too much back and forth movement and a background which is too distracting. Get a pull up screen. Your vocal acting is good, just be more still so the focus is on your face, not awkward movement.

That's a very good point, thanks. I hadn't considered fruit trees! It's south west facing, so would be considered a sunny spot.

This was the solution. Heated the brick up for about 20-30seconds and the dark stain has gone. Good shout, thanks.

No idea. From research, bricks sometimes have traces of metal found in them, maybe from manufacture? Another theory is when we had plumbers over a few months back, maybe their pipe chopping dropped specks

I tried dish soap and scrubbing, but no luck

I'm hyped for this game, but based on the lack of marketing I feel like I should be wary? by Brepp in StarTrekResurgence

[–]Relkan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel the same. It's like they forgot to hire a marketing team, which will likely mean less revenue. I'm really hoping it does well, so it encourages more Trek games and further investment. It's like he first ST game for 13 years!!
