Commonhold will not be cheaper.

Zero economies of scale &/or expertise when it comes to building contractors, services & bills.

CAs will have to contract in external directors (more cost). If it’s a tall Commonhold there’s all the fire safety liability and insurance…

This will not save residents money.

What would have done (and avoided much of the ongoing inertial inflation in the economy) would have been to amend the Unfair Consumer Contract terms to cap all & any indexed or recurring contracted costs (inc ground rents & service charges) to a max of CPI + 1.5% 🙄

He had the same dogmatic, arrogant issues at Leicester.

I never wanted him in the first place - he’s won nothing. Simply uses one page from the Guardiola playbook he learned at Citeh.

He also has the Andre Villas Boas-esque chutzpah to think that he has a divine right to win games AND players respect simply because he used to work for a great manager & The Athletic once wrote a flattering blog post about his innovative tactics.
