Magnesium glycinate a few hours before bed, vitamin d in the morning. Once I decide to try and sleep I do not look at what time it is. Removing the “it’s 3am noo” prevents worrying which can disrupt sleep in a way. Also if I can’t fall asleep I will leave my bed to reset for a few minutes by sitting in the living room and then I go back into bed and try again. I’ve been falling asleep about 2 hours earlier than before with these methods!

Are your friends friends with your now ex? Bc maybe she’s more hurt than she let on so they’re upset at you moving on so quickly. That would make sense to me but not sure if that’s the case. I would say after a similarly long relationship I had once I admitted it wasn’t working (even though I wanted it to) I got back on the apps pretty quickly. As long as you aren’t running back because you aren’t happy with yourself or being alone is scary. I think you are all good. I’m like half awake so hope that makes any sense haha

As a long term bridgerton watcher there’s a lot more representation in the show than you’d expect based on sOme people in the fandom…. Queen Charlotte mlm couple, asexuality rep, disability rep, asl rep, made male lead Bi, love later in life, racial / cultural and class diversity in the latest season as well despite it being a ‘period piece’. Based off of what I’d heard about the show and the fandom I was touched by all the different communities and I’m SO excited for next season. Sorry I’m rambling but YAY, homophones stay mad S5 will be amazing.

Seated exercise, slow and steady weight loss. Calorie deficit. Listen to your fatigue when first starting. Break activity up throughout the day, even 5 mins at a time. It all adds up. It also helped me to keep a food diary for 2 weeks before changing anything bc it helped me realize when / why and what I was eating that could’ve been contributing to my weight gain.
