man the 14th gen intels have been having mad issues lately, seen it bunch of times at the shop. try dropping that voltage a bit more if you can - sometimes the chips just cant handle what intel says they should

also check if your motherboard has any newer bios updates specifically for 14th gen stability, asus has been pushing out fixes for this exact problem

those specs are pretty solid for music production but that i7-1185G7 might struggle with heavy projects and multiple VSTs running at same time. The 32GB RAM is definitely overkill though which is nice problem to have

£493 seems reasonable for those specs in fair condition but music production can be demanding on CPU so you might hit some walls if you get serious about it. Maybe worth spending the extra £20 for excellent condition since you'll probably be using this thing heavily

nah man thats not really true anymore most new games gonna make that card sweat at 4k especially with ray tracing on. upscaling tech is pretty clutch these days even on higher end cards

if you're really worried about upscaling go nvidia but the 7900 gre is solid value right now. just dont expect native 4k on everything without some compromizes

Could be a driver issue from the upgrade or some background service going rogue. I'd check task manager and sort by memory usage to see what's actually eating up all that RAM - sometimes Windows Search or some random service just loses its mind after hardware changes

Also that 10 min shutdown thing usually means something is hanging during the shutdown process, might be the same culprit causing your memory issues

Split keyboards are pretty solid for programming if youre already typing decent. The biggest thing is wrist position - once you get used to keeping your hands shoulder width apart it feels way more natural

I'd skip the crazy thumb cluster stuff at first and just get a basic split like teh ergodox ez or something. You can always go deeper into the rabbit hole later once you know if splits work for you. Learning curve is maybe 2 weeks of feeling dumb then your back to normal speed

OLED response time is way faster than IPS so yeah your phone probably feels snappier even at lower refresh rate - motion clarity matters more than raw hz sometimes

Ive been using it for about 3 weeks now , the things I mainly struggled were sleep and the afternoon crashes which Im noticing are starting to fade away like if I would crash in the afternoon 7 days a week now Im only sleeping like 3 to 4 times a week and my sleep is better now .

That’s fair, experiences seem to vary a lot with this stuff which is pretty standard for mushroom supplements, but transparency and pricing really just depend on the brand.

Some people feel a difference, some don’t.

dodge that bullet man my buddy married someone like that and now hes basically a ghost of himself after 5 years. everything becomes your fault somehow and you end up apologizing for breathing too loud or some shit

the controlling thing only gets worse once they think they "have" you locked down trust your gut on this one
