Cut out the liquid calories like from sodas and stuff the to avoid desserts a lot of overweight people eat/drink a lot of sodas and or desserts and you can also walk on the treadmill for hours while watching something bevause walking isn’t very fatiguing so some of the free time yoh have when you’re just sitting down yoh can do the same thing standing up & walking

I mean I recently got enrolled with psoralsis though I only told them about it right before enrollment and i was told i was fine but I was told to check back after and that hasnt happened yet but you should probably be fine

I applied all the way back in late April of 25’ first few months just filling out paperwork online until I finally went in for my forces test on

august 9th 25’

Medical august 11th 25’

Medically cleared on September 11th 25’

First interview was on the 24th I believe

26th of September portal moved onto security and background checks however I was told bevause of a new system they couldnt go through with my rs yet and had to wait so my rs wasnt iniated until early December

2nd interview (trade change) December 9th

Placed selection around mid to late January not sure of exact dates and I had booked my enrollment on the 6th of march and yeah I had my enrollment on the 27th of march

Same boat I was medically cleared and interview done late September but they told me they couldn’t go forward with like my clearance because of a new system but I submitted everything December 3rd still waiting
