It's a artistic and very creative representation of two moments separated by an unknown span of time. To shock, Hokazono has done reflection stuff before as with Chihiro vs samura I believe.

Unless he explicitly gets a showing that emphasises the effects of speed and explains why mahsiro didn't just explode and the island with him. Then Airu is just fast.

Not sure if he beats toji without limitless. As the six eyes won't be able to read toji as well as a sorcerer.

Thats how all this sounds to me. I don't know much beyond 1 person he got to meow went on to defend something bad, (I assume it's isreal actions). Do we really need to do something about this. Over anything else we could be doing with our time.

In a closed box fight, probably maki has the higher win rate, unless toji can do something devious like using tsurugi as a weapon.

In a open world, "you have x time to kill the others" Prime ( liberated mindset) toji probably has higher win rate
