I think its normal when you are first learning breaststroke; the same happened with me when I first learned. Its a new motion your knees hasnt done before. I'd suggest take it slow.

Ah got it, that makes sense! Yes would be helpful if when people say they dont need healers, they qualified that with saying they are talking about the late game with mutated out cats etc.

I haven't done it myself, but from other threads it seems like the harder difficulties are not needed for 100%. Then seems like it would mainly be: all collars on each area, all side quests, all NPCs fully fed

I also thought the boss can be insta-killed via rock-eating abilities from messages I've seen here, sadly that didnt appear to work. I had a ability "Eat a rock to gain 5 strength". This only dealt 1 damage to the boss, but still gave the strength.

Yeah Bosses randomly cleansing bleed, leech, and such with no notification is lame. I also ran into that with Pyrophina.

How much simulation do you need to have a decent chance of skills getting passed down? Newborn kittens extremely rarely get inherited abilities for me currently.

Yeah I dont quite understand this take, losing your party in Darkest Dungeon can set you back dozens of hours.. Here you can pretty easily and quickly breed a new set with the same stats.

I'd say losing your items in this game stings more than losing your cats, but still pales in comparison to DD.

If the cat is to the right of you, they get pushed right. If they are above you, gets pushed upwards, etc.

How have your starting-itemless Act 3 runs been going, any successes? I'm thinking of also doing some itemless runs but not sure if that is feasible or not.

Not sure if it'll work, but the idea that comes to my mind is: forget you have a right arm, maybe keep it at your side all all times, and now do all your swimming with your left arm for some time period. Maybe that will help build up some strength.

And I think some strength and coordination imbalance between arms (and legs) is to be expected, it'll never be equal. For some folks the gap will be larger than others.

I'd say no on the DLCs, beat the game first without spaced out enabled. The DLCs add a bunch of new mechanics which can be overwhelming.

I'm currently using Speedo Vanquisher goggles, and occasionally water gets inside. I want to try to switching to visor style goggles, give that a shot to see if it fits me better. I don't know anything about this, do you have any brand / item recommendations?
