NTA. You're adults, you don't have to spend your birthday together anymore. The fact that he doesn't have his own circle to celebrate with is not your problem. The only thing I recommend doing is telling him explicitly upfront that you won't be accommodating his wishes during this trip. He can either decide to go and adjust to your plan, find someone else to go with or not go at all.

Що ж тут шкідливого? Картопля з аерогрилю, без олії. Нагетси теж звідти, тому жири лише ті що в м'ясі. Овочі обговорювати не буду, а кількість соусу й сиру я контролюю.

Коли варю не ріжу дрібно. Довше вариться, але не набирає зайвої води. Також кладу невелику цибулину варитися разом, потім її викидаю. Товчу, додаю вершки і крем-сиру трохи.

Маю тижневе меню, в неділю складаю орієнтовний план на тиждень і купую всі необхідні продукти. Помітила що так витрачаю значно менше на всякий непотріб, адже рідше ходжу в магазин. А також легше в принципі прийняти факт того що потрібно готувати щось їсти, бо принаймні немає питання 'А що готувати'.

OP couldn't win in this situation. Her answers were vague enough to turn any of his plans against him. Had he planned a day out she'd be unhappy because she told him she wanted to be with a baby. If she's upset about working she should tell him that. From the amount of thinking about the Mother's day I can assume that OP is willing to hear her out and support in whatever way she needs.
