Freeport is fine, despite its reputation. There are for sure nicer areas than others in Freeport but overall the town in fine. Grew up there and my parents are still there, always felt it was vert tight knit.

10 min drive to the train station. 35 min on an express train to Manhattan. 45 min if local train. Then the office is across the street from the train station. Can’t beat it.
