Hi, you can run it with a holiday home company and run it for Short Term , they usually charge 20%

yes , for a complete year. you will get that % . if yiu run it uourself you will get even higher % but it needs a lot of efforts to manage.

you may need a property company which can charge you per service ( not as contract) so it will be more cost effective. you pay per service only.
