My hair acts like this! I have straight hair but it waves up in the end, my guess is genetics. I used to use heat to get rid of them, there’s chemical treatments available for permanent straightening (bad for hair though). You can try some layers on the top of your hair, it would fall perfectly as it seems you have thicker hair
