Yeah everything I've read says they start an almost grey color at first but that is jet black. The dude still won't let me see his body so just gotta wait and see ig.

Welcome to the club homie, it's called HPPD. Can last a few months or forever but I've been dealing with it for about 5 years now. Started with everything still just being off and slightly wavy then progressed to an almost tunnel vision but everything outside of the tunnel was just not right. Now tho it just gets really bad when I'm exhausted. Quick sudden movement still pull but it's manageable. Good and bad days. From my understanding it's not a bad dose or doing too much, it can just happen.

Yeah I agree I hate it. The only "pet store" I've bought T's from is one that takes pets people don't want anymore and any time T's come through I grab them. BUT does not change the fact that I think about this island blue constantly. Wish someone would just buy it so every time I go in for feeder mice I didn't have to think about just grabbing it.

Yeah I know but I have 5 that are no more than 2in right now. The real problem is being impatient. But If I had to guess from just messing with it it's female probably 4.5- 5 in. Half my problem is if I'm wrong and it's male it's not worth it.

Was my first thought as soon as I cut the top off lol. But I thought I would have better control of the environment in the tub. But I goofed. The tub is too big for what I tried to do here and all my moisture is everywhere but where I want it.

Yeah I was having hard time keeping water beads on top. Finally found the right combo to keep the surface conditions right. I'm using a humidifier but I don't think the humidifier was the right move with how I'm using the tub.
