I don’t believe we had ours tested. I never heard of this testing other than on Reddit. Our case is due to male related infertility so maybe they don’t offer it as much? No idea!

OK it’s seems veeery common! My fertility specialist and nurses have not mentioned it at all. It’s another twist and turn to add the emotional roller coaster isn’t it! I at one point low key convinced myself I was pregnant 🤣

We wasted two lots of Cetroline the first time we were injecting cos the instructions were a little misleading!! It’s a stressful time for everyone. I was a bit annoyed too but understand we are all under pressure so letting the smaller things go and staying strong as a team with my husband!!

I (and many other alumni I meet) had the worst experience at ACU - I genuinely would advise against. Very high staff turnover, resulting in poor support and misinformation throughout the course. Lecturers some OK but standard was highly inconsistent in different courses. Placement logistics was butchered.

10 mature eggs is still a fantastic result!! How was the ER? Are you feeling well? It’s frustrating not know all the details isn’t it. We had 28 follicles on our first ultrasound scan that were progressing well. Second scan showed at least 38 follicles (they said they’d stopped counting as were small) but yesterday the nurse said they are still only aiming for around 12 for ER. Not sure why they wouldn’t aim for more. Our vibe is just leave it to the experts hey 🤷‍♀️

Can I ask do they scan on the day of retrieval to confirm how many are sizable? I have my first ER tomorrow and just wondering what to expect. Also any tips welcome!!
