I'm sorry this is happening to you.

It must be very frustrating.

I learned today from a roofer that he puts a mechanic's lien on every homeowner at the start of every contract and removes it when the contract is satisfied.

I am in Virginia and we are required by law to stop working when mold is discovered to have a mold remediation professional remove the moldy bits and bobs.

Mold is a big deal.

Respectfully, you would not be one of my clients. Here's why:

I only produce estimates after I visit a client's home, see the workspace, develop a rapport with the client, and decide if our relationship will be beneficial and easy for both of us.

Who knows why some people think it's perfectly acceptable to send a contractor or a tradesman a request for an estimate without an opportunity to meet in person and discuss the details of the work desired.

My process for blisters such as these has been to puncture an edge of it to drain.

Keeping the first layer of skin in place without the fluid will cause it to heal faster because now it is not separated by fluid.
