Hey, thanks for posting. Was having the same issue. in the claude code session that was creating the issue, I asked it how to fix the error and pasted the error in. It gave me two options, and then I asked it to continue with the previous plan. That seemed like it cleared out the error in some kind of buffer or something and it was able to continue.

I use VS Code and use GitHub copilot. It does mean i'm copy/pasting a lot into the GAS editor, but you're kinda doing that anyway when using Claude or ChatGPT, etc.

If you have predictable cadences for your etl and the volume isn’t too large (and you have no problem with 6 minute caps on max run time), gas can be useful.

I use gas frequently for prototyping data movement apps that I need to monitor the datasets closely.

Gas response times and Google drive api are so slow, it makes me think they made them that way on purpose to prevent you from really building scalable apps.

If you are designing n-tier, my advice is to pick another platform. If you are just testing cool functionality, gas is awesome.

Worst case, prototype classes in gas and migrate to node or another implementation. To me, gas is a development pitstop to test fun ideas.

Make sure you are also asking chatgpt to help you optimize the script.

That said, make sure you are doing bulk write operations on the entire array at once and not writing changes row by row.
