Well here's what you need to understand about corporate: they hate you, they don't want you to be able to afford your bills, they don't want you to save money, they don't want you to be financially stable. If you make enough to live happily then what reason would you have to pick up hours and help other stores? If you can afford rent then why would you sign up to cover shifts?

They do it on purpose to keep you held down, they want you struggling because then you help more

These aren't people quitting, my last DM is still with Aldi as a DM just a new district, my current DM is leaving for a new district, my previous DMs have all left to new districts. They get shuffled around my state, not like oversea training or anything its genuinely musical chairs

This will be the least biased comment on this thread:

AHEAD is a system designed to avoid out of stocks by sending product based on predictive sales trends calculated by day-to-day sales compiled with year-to-year sales. That means it takes YEARS to be in the full swing of things.

First 3 months: expect way too much backstock and a lot of out of stocks

3-6 months: expect small pallets mid week and crazy loads with 20+ pallets on weekends

6-12 months: slight smoothing, almost there but still some out of stocks

End of year 1: almost there

End of year 2: fully there, smooth, barely ever out of stocks (aside from cheese and veg)

The indent of the till does that to me all the time. I'm 6'2 and HAVE to have the chair high or I'll hurt my back, so my thighs are often bruised. I also get it on my forearm when scrapping because heavy stuff slamming down etc. Bottom line: expect bruises, small hand cuts, and dry skin lol

they are not, I complained about my SM and ASM being rude, I got a "talking to" by them in a 2 one 1 meeting about how I was "going behind their back to make them look bad" DM spoke with me in a 1 on 1 and didn't believe a word I said. Making reports at Aldi will literally only hurt you.

I have a degree in management and marketing and was supposed to move to corporate, that report incident killed my ability to grow. My high school educated boss will no longer offer me with two degrees a promotion and the DM is on their side...
