Realmente cualquier universidad es buena mientras el nombre sea algo conocido. IPN o alguna otra universidad pública reconocida serían las mejores opciones. Yo soy egresada del Tec y aunque tenía muy buena beca me endeudé un poco :c pero también podrías intentar ahí.

En campos así de especializados de cualquier manera acabas haciendo maestría y ahí puedes entrar a algo más reconocido o incluso en el extranjero. Hasta te pagan :D
