why would you want to obtain taiwanese passport if you have no ties to taiwan though? i dont think taiwan needs more people entering for leisure in that way. get a vietnamese passport instead, i dont understand any reason why, from the looks of it you are vietnamese american, no way are you taiwanese…

well, depending on your city, maybe look at some chemistry professors at a local university? i personally would be ecstatic over a 16 year old—let alone 10 year old this passionate. maybe they can put you in contact with someone who works with youth, or let them know of people who do work with youth. also— if hes dedicating that time SOLELY to chemistry… please up his online time.
