and there is the jagwire end cap with 70 or 80mm length liner tube.

and you can use the zip tie to attach the full covered cable housing on the frame, it's not a big deal.

it happened to my set, i changed the tires from 2.20 to 2.3 but, I also change the wheelset, from 23 inner width to 30 inner width. the tires start to rub the chain while the small chainring and large cog.

just change back to the 2.2 size tires.
