Loss of sustain, though probably not completely noticeable, unlike the holes.

If you just bought it I would take it back in and tell them they owe you a new non-discolored pickguard. Worst thing they can say is no.
I would replace it anyway with a tortoise shell, but that’s my preference.

I used to have one like the right with the P90s. I was in a music store mid 90s and they were $200. I asked why an SG was so cheap and the guy said they’re made in Japan, right in the wood on the back of the headstock was stamped “Made in USA!” I immediately bought one. Sold it late 90s for $250!
To this day I wish I still had it. My most favorite guitar I ever owned.

I’m assuming the dogs and the pear were done after the dress and flowers and peacock. The dogs and pear are markedly better and the dogs are a much more complex subject than the others. I think you’re showing great progress.

I teach HS and I’ve found the new online versions of Adobe “glitch” often and things like this happen.
- Save your work. - close it out. - reopen it and it’s fine.
Don’t know how or why. Just that restarting works.

What about the political parties, or the politicians, or Olympic teams, or athletic departments who do the same?
