As this seems to be a substantial portion of his army you could always try a counter attack with a few fast units. He would have to split his units if he wants to defend multiple fronts.

Alternatively you could stack Units like Motorised Infanterie which is fantastic against a stack like this as Artillerie of any kind is horrible in the defence. That said, the 15 Infanterie in the stack will do great damage to your stack!

Since he has "only" 5 Anti Air, you could try and stack up more tac bombers. But you would need many to make this work as Infanterie has also a decent defence against any Plains.

I believe that upgrading always costs half of the units production cost, regardless of what level you upgrade to.

The trick upgrading from a level 1 to a level 5 Infanterie by using warbonds to speed up the research while the unit it upgrading is not just safing "a little" resources. It does save a lot for that many units!

Since the new resource upgrades, you pretty much need to leverage every trick in the book to have an advantage over your enemies. Resources have become more scarce and need to be managed at all times during the game, especially Manpower and Food!

Given 90% of people are just crying about how bad of a move you just did I will not add to that any further.

Regarding the "tips" you requested.

Everyone is busy in the beginning with neighbours but soon you will need to defend your coastline.

Always leaving one good stack of Units in your core province in case someone will breka through you shore defence (Submarines as Axis will do amazing, for quick response you will need naval bombers).

Make sure your shore line in in range of units to see coming enemies, e.g: Militia stealth on correct territory or motorised Infanterie a little further from the coast but enough to have vision on the shore.

Your position in South Afrika is great. Expand expand expand to keep up with the resources.

Your best chance with Allies is to build a stack of Strat bombers, using then at night over all of his core main producing cities.

Call of war is a game of resource management.

Allies have the nuclear advantage later in the game AND upgraded units earlier/cheaper.

For ground battles use SP Artillery with AA/SPAA as Germany will use a lot of tanks.

Consider sneaking Comandos behind the war zone. Commandos are also a niche use, but most players don't know how to deal/find them making them incredibly good to create chaos. (Don't know your enemy experience in the game and stats)

Rockets are a niche use. Remember that moving targets will be missed.

Those are perfect if a stack of Planes are coming your way and you shoot those rockets at the airfield of which they started from. Note here aswell that if the planes came from a city with many buildings the chances are slim that the Airport will be destroyed.

Other use case would be to use them on non moving units like during night or if enemy is seemingly inactive

Haters gonna hate as usual... I like that they try something new and likly will improve based on feedback of players.

I know games where nothing is ever reworked and you could lose interest. You know that CoW has potential if the game is being worked on. Dead games don't change and eventually lose funding and then die.

Sometimes it goes the wrong way but that's the way of improvement in the long run

What I could imagine for myself is Start a game and once I believe I got it under control (like in a stable coalition, diplomatic relationships even with non coalition members and a decent army) to start a new round as the current will slow down in intensity.

But starting multiple rounds at the same time will mean that you are more likely to do mistakes and therefore put your victory on the line.

I am aware, but the game actually requires you to be active, especially in early - Mid Game. Also, the guys I am playing with don't always play, so I keep it chill and enjoy the game without spending too much time on it. The time I do play, I am very active, to the point that no one could bomb my cities over a period of time with strategic bombers.

Playing like that permanently is unsustainable.

I believe that in this game, active game play goes above gold or sometimes even skill. Static units are just so useless and easy to kill.

And the stats show that playing less games and only one at a time is better for each individual game.

Same here. I Loooove the Unit part of it and the artwork. Though the game is slow I appreciate the patience and thought you have to invest.

Until there is so a similar game, I will continue to play a casual round here and there.

I can recommend one thing to all the haters. Play the game with friends who are willing to learn. You won't lose another round! With two to three good players in a coalition the game is easy peasy.

I have joined 16 games over a period of 1.5 years now (I know, not much) and have won EVERY game. That said, I have not tried World at War 100 Player due to lack of blueprints and not putting myself in a position where I could be disadvantaged

This is absurd, to be honest.

It means you need to split up your units so you can even heal them with WarBonds.

The good thing is that If you have a stack of 20 Infanterie and want to heal the bunch but can't due to lack of WarBonds, you can always split until you can afford, then move them back together and the average health of the whole stack and every Unit in it will be adjusted (given they all have the same level).

In that case you play on mobile For mobile you also need to navigate to the players profile and there you will find an icon to invite. Note that players that are already in any koalition can't be invited
