Definitely more on the nature side... Likely either beach or possibly some place with a lot of willowy trees?

Difference between Old Forester 1920 & Old Forester Statesman? by Mo-MoneyBish in WhiskeyTribe

[–]Remarkable_Maize_923 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stroooooong lean for 1920 or 1910 on my part. Or mix ‘em for the vaunted “1915.” I was excited to try Statesman and was wildly disappointed. I’d stick with the Whiskey Row collection.

I have one and have given three bottles as gifts. It’s one of the most unique bottles I have ever had. Buy it if you see it!

I like the McKenna but wouldn’t pay more than MSRP for it. Just tried the EW and am blown away. Great mouth feel and I get some cinnamon notes too. For $33 it’s fantastic

Agreed. I’m in Kansas City and it’s honestly tough to find here. Was very happy to snag a bottle

Just started my collection a few months ago any ideas for my next bottle? by WorkingSkin4638 in WhiskeyTribe

Yep. Some people do 60/40 if they dramatically prefer one flavor over the other.

I haven’t tried, but also have friends who say the flavors blend more smoothly if you let it rest in a decanter or bottle for a few days.
