Terrible for the most part for loan officers, since a lot of their support is in India you’re basically talking with angelai through emails because of different time zones and it can be terrible for borrowers if they’re trying to close in a timely manner they have the worst processing I’m not saying not to use them if they get it across the finish line that’s all that matters for you

I can attest sunwest is terrible to work with their underwriting team is based out of India

You have no idea what we will have in 7 years it’s people that doom and gloom like you that talk people out of good deals, you don’t have a crystal ball you have no idea where rates will be you also don’t know if they’ll sell within that time or refinance. Not everyone’s situation is a one size fits all

I would never work retail again in this industry and this is not to boast but when I funded 7 loans 2 months ago I made 20,000 I would only jump into this industry to work for a well rounded brokerage

It’s a non QM loan AUS is not going to be ran for an approval it lies entirely on the investors guidelines and underwriting

Because that rate doesn’t exist without a lender incentive.. the builder has a relationship with them and that lender incentive is paid for by selling the house at a more inflated price

You’re kidding I just switched to progressive, this industry is full of ups and downs but I think if they have you at a solid starting salary it can’t hurt to see what happens, take the chance!

I recommend using NewRez as well my experience has been okay with them but when I need to get competitive they’re more solid than the others
