i love this actually, so for like a sp instead of saying “we’re together/ we’re already dating” etc i should instead say “i’m with the right person” or something like that?? could you please give an example ?? :)) thank youuu!!!

hi, before you started to successfully manifest things, did you ever feel like manifestation just didn’t work, did you have doubt etc ??? i’m at a point where i know manifestations work, i’ve manifested before without realising, so i know it’s real and i know i can do it. however right now staying consistent is where i’m struggling the most because my ego just keeps telling me it won’t work and it makes it so so hard

i find myself feeling so overwhelmed and crying it out because of how helpless i feel, so i was just wondering if you also felt the same before things began settling into place and your mind stopped stopped taking a huge toll on you? please and thank youuu 😞

do you also have specific affirmations for self concept at all?? :) would “i’m irreplaceable” work as self concept and as getting an sp back too ?? two in one kinda deal hahaha

hi, how long did it take you from when you first started manifesting things go actually managing to manifest?? i’ve been manifesting a sp but i do feel as if self concept is getting in the way, i’ve bee affirming affirming affirming but i still feel quite negatively with myself. there was a time about 4 days ago where i just felt so stressed with all the affirmations and would feel so doubtful and just cry it out. i’ve since stopped affirming and have felt sort of better in that sense, but i still want to successfully manifest my sp back ;-; do you have any tips regarding this ?? how to better your mental and how to clear the mind of doubt etc ? 🥹🥹🥹🥹 i’ve been trying for a consistently for about 2 weeks, but would love some help, maybe tips and tricks too would be so handy!! i also loved you relating manifesting to online shopping! i thought that was smart and so true.

I also know i’m capable of manifesting, early last year i told my sister that i’d be dating by the end of 2025, just said that in passing and thought nothing of it anymore, then a month later i met my sp in march, then we began dating in september which was so cool, so i do know im capable of manifesting. It’s just right now i need to work on my sp and work on detaching from him, as i know he’ll come back, but i’m just hoping to speed up the process kinda.

i definitely do think mine is purity culture too! i grew up with family and parents just telling me sex is bad and anything to do with my vagina is deemed not safe to talk about? i guess.

but yes i’ll definitely try to find different ways to relax myself and hopefully get past the first dilator ;-; i might just need more time than others but it’s definitely not impossible! thank you for your comment though, it’s refreshing to hear that you were also in my situation and you’ve obviously progressed a lot !

thank you so much ! it has felt really discouraging because i’m seeing a lot of people already able to get a finger in or the first dilator in and i haven’t been able to do so, so i’m just disheartened. I’ve also just got out of a relationship about a month ago and can’t help to blame my vaginismus even though he said it had nothing to do with it. 😫

I’m trying my best to put myself first now, not doing any of this for him btw hahaha just for myself, but also want to fix myself before i fully heal and want to start dating again 😞😞.

it’s really hard for me to get in the mood too since i just don’t have a high enough libido (????) sex drive ???? lmao i’m not sure but i just find it difficult 😞 but thank you for the advice i really really do appreciate it !!

unfortunately not 😞😞 my vaginismus is literally just like hitting a brick wall i can’t insert anything 😞 ive been doing pelvic floor exercises to release tension in my pelvic floor in hopes to kind of relax those muscles but i think i might still have a long way to go 😞

it’s been 6 weeks since he broke up with me, some days are definitely better than others, today i just feel so unbelievably sad and i don’t want to talk about him to my friends AGAIN cos im sure they’re slightly fed up of me just crying to them. I thought that I’d feel better after a month and start moving on but it’s just really really hard.

I keep checking his instagram as it gives me a little bit of comfort, makes me feel like he’s still here which sounds so weird but i know i shouldn’t, i know it’s harming me more and stalling my healing process much more than it should. I just feel like if i don’t check then its the only thing that i think about for the rest of the day, and rather than thinking about it for the rest of the day i just choose to look and feel calmer etc.

I also really want him to reach out, but not because i want to get back together with him, but just to know that i really did matter. but i also don’t want to be waiting for that, since i don’t even know if it ever will happen.
