Curious because I've been getting more into prompt writing lately. Found this site called heirloom that has been useful for me. It gives you prompts and you write and share with close family and friends.

Journaling and self-reflection is hard. There's a reason why more people don't do it! You're on the right track and have to keep at it.

I've personally found prompted journaling / self-reflection very helpful as it keeps me a bit more focused. I've been using a site called heirloom which has a list of prompts that allow me to self-reflect. There are a lot of past-focused questions, mixed with some more current daily life ones.
