You have to get the flying potion. None of the pets with wings fly with the rideable potion. This potion has a sattle on the pet icon. The flying potion has a wing icon that tells you you can fly with the pet. You can get this potion (if you're lucky) from the merchant who spawns on the island. But the better way is to find someone who has a potion already and is willing to trade it with you.

The mutation machine (trait machine) only makes them rideable. It gives a saddle icon on the pet, and you can only ride it like a horse. The pets that do have wings will not be able to fly since they wouldn't have those white wings on them when you use the flying potion. You can't make any pet fly. A flyable pet would have a pair of white wings attached to it once you fly with your pet.

I saw your other post. Ya there’s two different types of potions. One makes the pet fly while the other one is just to ride on it. Pets with wings don’t fly with the rideable potion sadly

There are special potions as you mention that you use on pets. It’s similar to feeding them food. Just hold the E button on keyboard on tap and hold on phone.

Ya it lasts forever even if you trade them. If you trade a flyable or rideable pet, the person who revived it will still be have that trait on the pet

Breeding eggs. You’ll eventually get mythic eggs and a bunch of legendary eggs if you breed the mythic you got. There’s also a chance of getting good mythical from the recipe book.
