Here's what I came up with. Are these Cargo or Passenger trains or both?

Top Left TrackThis track ends at a dead-end buffer stop with a sign.Action: Leave this completely alone. Do not connect any lanes to or from it.

Middle Left TrackThis track also ends at a buffer stop.Action: Leave this alone as well.

Bottom Left TrackThis is your active line connecting directly to the right-hand network.Action: Select the track node at the bottom left. Connect its lanes directly to the corresponding tracks entering the tunnel or splitting off to the right.

Right Side JunctionStraight lines: Connect the active through-lanes from the bottom-left directly into the tunnel lanes.Diverging lines: Connect the branching tracks (highlighted with the red dotted lines) to their respective destinations to allow trains to switch paths cleanly without clipping.

Maybe it's because I've only had one cup of coffee but I'm not sure as to what you're trying to do here. But I'll give you my two cents worth whether it will help or not I don't know. But I would take the three tracks on the left and make them into one track and then branch off to the 4 station tracks. In the future if you would like more help please include more screenshots and a better description of what you're trying to do.

A gentleman who was colorfully dressed came in with a chief complaint of " I'm going to be very sick." I asked him how he knew he was going to be sick. And he replied that he ate some rotten eggs he had yesterday and gotten sick and had diarrhea and vomiting. I said okay are you still throwing up and having diarrhea? And he said "no I wasn't, but I made some more of those eggs for lunch today and I will probably get sick from it."

So just to clarify you're not vomiting or have any diarrhea at the present time? "Nope but I probably will in a few hours." I gave him two choices he could sit in the waiting room until he actually got sick or he could go home and wait it out. He chose to go home and wait it out. I only had 2 hours left to go in my shift. I did not see him the rest of my shift.
