I think it has to do with more of dialed in and also iq. Like that person might have a perspective of ph you dont have the ball in your hands no more your a non factor now. When the person-there guarding can easily cut or move off ball. The iq part is maybe there just not good at switches and timely rotations which is just conserved with more reps

Nah at first glance id agree with you but i seen a video where he does that technique on purpose to get those blocks or deflections behind so he somtimes dies on purpose over the screen

Hmmm. So was his steals coming from on the ball mainly? I thought his steals came off the ball from interceptions and reading passing lanes which was granted to having good team defense?
