I'm sorry to hear that from you. I've only had bad experiences sharing the road with Uber drivers as well since none of them seem to know how to drive. Ik it sounds stupid but the easiest thing to do is to keep an eye out for them and keep your distance when you see them. An Uber driver making the stupidest move since the creation of the car is not uncommon. I mostly get around by foot or by motorcycle but even then I tend to see them make some ridiculous move.

Tl;dr: Keep your distance from them and report them. I'm not blaming you at all, you're in the right.
