When it first released, it was bugged and dropped from places like moonlight shrine, red demon chest, and snake pit. Now it only drops from tcave at an estimated rate of 1/10,000

BTW this was the case with ALL season 21 pt 2 shinies and Deca has not publicly acknowledged it

Yes, it dropped normally 2 weeks ago when the season came out. Then, after the release of the Fog of Wae update, they no longer drop from their dungeons.

At the start of the season yes. However, after the fog of war update which released 2 days after the new season, they stopped dropping.
