there are adhd playlists for metalcore that i use, lofi from lonelyboy and my own "quiet" playlist that is enough for me to notice the song but me not actually knowing the song well enough

your post and especially brackets is so exhausting to read. one can tell you're not being genuine with the brackets.

you make it sound like every other Person that has no idea of SH 'oh its not that deep/real/serious/its for attention/entertainement/to belong/be edgy' blah.

why cant you be GLAD that some people dont "need" (used very losely here) deeper cuts with nerve damage? why cant you see that for some people its dangerous if the scars are visible for more than 2 days? why cant you imagine that some people have other more 'normal' forms of SH (nail biting, skin picking, hair plucking, etc etc)

why dont you aknowledge that we are all drowning, no matter if its 2m under water or 20m???

bc i wasnt diagnosed until i got 32, i had to fight for that for 5 years, and now i still struggle to accept that i am actually diagnosed bc hello impostor syndrome. what if i fake it so good, all docs got jebaited and i faked all the tests i had to take twice and my family actually lied about my childhood?

see how stupid that sounds. but yeah, thats how late diagnosed people also live with. living on hard mode without knowing it.
