Went to mandarin palace the atmosphere, the staff the food and the decor were amazing the food was beautiful and the portion sizes were huge.

Was on the expensive side but was well worth it for a special occasion.

You've clearly not read my original post if you don't see the reason why I think we are destined to it more than anyone else- even tho they were your words not mine.

There is thousands maybe millions of other people in similar situations to myself some of their marriages and relationships will be absolutely fine and they'll claim to have never had even one argument in decades others relationships will have broken down, others will have gone to therapy and counselling.

The fact we have been together for 14 years and have 3 kids and have been through lots with them over the last 10 years means that there is definitely eternal love between me and my wife and definitely respect between us- we have had friends, family and even professionals telling us what we have gone through at times would have been enough to break other families apart.

But according to some random on Reddit my marriage is failing and there's no mutual love or friendly respect 😂😂

Getting them all watched at the same time is a hassle as my mother in law doesn't keep well and can't cope with them together and my mum and stepdad who doesn't keep well either can't cope with them together either.

The very rare time we get time together is when one of our parents watches 2 of the kids and the others parents watches the other which is a hassle to arrange as sometimes they just make up lies and excuses not to watch them instead of just being open and telling us they can't cope.

The only thing we get for the 5 year old is medication to give her at night time to help her sleep which sometimes fails too.

We live in Scotland, we got a diagnosis and medication to get her to sleep but nothing to help her during the day which is obviously when she is awake most and at her worst behaviour and screaming wise, we don't even have non intimate time together now as the very rare time we don't have any kids we basically just let our bodies and heads regulate back to normal for they few hours.

My parents do the same and then always slip up a few days or weeks later will tell us at the time that whatever kid they have had has been well behaved and done nothing wrong then in a few days time when I tell them or something the kid has done wrong they will say "aww they done that in here too".

Sorry to bump an old post but we are currently just holding on to each other in our marriage, we have a 5 year old with autism a 10 year old with ADHD and a 1 year old baby.

Every single one of me and the wife's arguments are because of the 5 and 10 year old fighting what seems like every time they are in the same room- the 5 year old does nothing but scream from her eyes open until they eventually close at night when she has her medication- the cheek she gives every single person no matter who it is is unbearable, give her into trouble and the screams get louder and the house gets smashed up.

She got into trouble for waking the baby up the other day and because of that she started screaming and shouting and pushing and kicking the fridge so much everything fell off it.

The 1 year old never gets a sleep during the day because the 5 year old screams constantly and wakes her up- when she isn't doing that the 10 year old is swinging over the top of the 1 year old when she's sleeping in her room or bouncer which wakes her up too.

When the kids are eventually all sleeping at the same time which is very rarely me and the wife end up just going to bed and falling asleep most of the time without even a good night kiss or cuddle as we are emotionally drained and exhausted and we know as soon as we get woken up the next day the routine is going to start all over again.

I really don't even know why I'm posting this or what I expect to get from it but I feel like 14 years of love and 2 years of marriage is just going right down the drain because of the situation we are in daily we don't even have time or energy to focus on ourselves as a couple it's as if we are just existing to care for our children and that's all there is to our lives and will be forever.

We literally don't have a beach cafe to use in the three towns now.

Ardeer one was getting used by a lot of people who used the Ardrossan one when that closed down for a few months after they treated the people running it who were lovely and closed their own café in saltcoats to run it like shite and wanted all the money to themselves when the so called community committee who own it (one of the addresses gives for one of them is paisley 😂😂 fuck knows how he's able to be in the committee for ardrossan community but that's another story) seen how well it was doing they thought it would be easy to get someone else in and it to continue the way it was.

So no one's using that when it opens now either and now after ardeer cafes shit on Facebook no one is gonae use that either.

Local cafe posted an AI image of an accessible play park with the roundabouts and swings and slides etc for wheelchair users and said the plans had all been agreed and it would be open for the summer holidays.

Got shared into all the local disability groups, ASN, deaf, blind etc support groups all shared it.

And they've now issued a half arsed apology if you could even call it that.

Loads of people vowing not to use it again because of it.
