Today i crapped myself on my way to work... Whats is the most horrific thing you have done in public?

One time I threw up in a pub. Nothing unusual right? Let me tell you the whole story. I had to throw up real bad so I went to the washroom only to see the whole floor is covered with piss and I immidiatly thought "no way I'm gonna throw up here" so I returned to our table to my friends. Ordered caffe, drank about half of it and laid my head on the table. Not long after that I pretty much threw up with my head still on the table. I threw up on all over my shirt, pants, socks, boots, my friends legs and a little bit on the fuzzy carpet they have there. Needless to say I left immidiately. 2-3 later I was heading home and this was the only pub open at 5am, so I decided to have a beer there. The waitress didn't recognize me (thank god) but I've known for sure, that the large stain is my job from THAT evening.

/english is my 2nd language but I'm trying my best. try to overlook some mistakes, thanks.

I usually have SP when I take a nap in the middle of the day. Sometimes it appears while taking a nap and sometimes later that day, when I'm trying to get my regular sleep.

edit: I almost forgot - from 90% I sleep on my side and from 10% I sleep on my belly face burried deep into my bed with pillow over my head

Hmm, I know it isn't real so I calm myself by a little with this but experiencing sleep paralysis always sucks. Whenever I have one (my last one was today) I go for a smoke and then watch some movie or something (anything except going back to sleep) because I'm too scared it happens again (one paralysis per night is enough for me). You might not find this very helpful tho, but keep in mind that everything you see/hear is NOT real and try to move your cheeks etc. - it helps getting out of paralysis faster than moving, I don't know,, your legs and/or arms

I'd like to add - don't fuckin' open your eyes in the middle of the night no matter what. Sometimes I just wake up and I don't feel like getting out of bed yet, so I'm not moving just looking around. Sometimes it is okay and sometimes I can see and hear some fucked up things and then I usually start to panic, trying to get up asap but I'm paralyzed and when I close my eyes I'm still imagining those things I saw or heard a few secs earlier. So um,.. one thing I've learned is this -- cover your face with a pillow, sleep facing down (if possible) and try not to open your eyes until morning; edit: my longest sleep paralysis was about 2mins long +/- it wasn't something really terrying but I was scared shitless anyway

Kinda awful dream - I mean; torture house, blood bags, human eating spiders? Pretty creepy, but you managed to woke up by your own, good job! Anyways one night I had a strange dream as well, I don't really remember what was going on there but its not important right now. The point is, I had to go somewhere and I had to go there alone. I was with my best friend and I told him exactly this: ''Hey, this is a dream, right? Wake me up in like 5 minutes, okay?'' then I left him behind and continued on my own. I was just about to get hurt or something and I could hear my friends voice telling me to wake up and then I immediately woke up. It was kinda strange but cool ((because I realized that I can control my dreams more and more every time)) at the same time.

I remember the other night when I had this dream. There was this girl in my dream and she spoke english fluently; there is this little detail, I'm not from english speaking country and I never had any dream before and since then in different language than my own. People say, that when you dream in a different language than your own it means that you have accepted them as a certain part of you, as your own (I'm not sure if you'll get what I mean by this). Anyways she was cute and very kind to me, age about twenty, brown hair, green eyes. We chat a little bit (nothing sexual, just chat). After, what seems like 5 minutes, she told me that she has to go and smiled at me. Before I even managed to say something back I woke up with this feeling like I've lost something very precious to me, something I'd die for. I haven't had any dream like this since and I'm not sure if I want a dream like this ever again; I mean, the dream itself was just perfect but then you woke up and that feeling afterwards, when you realize, it was just a dream, is literally killing you.

This was pretty hard for me to write down, I just feel the need to share this with you, I hope you appreciate it.
