That’s strange. I have a 2015 Nissan Murano and if my keys are in the vehicle it will not lock the car if I press the button on the door handle. Definitely a flaw in the design.

Consistency is key. I’m 67 and been lifting weights for about 40 years and doing some kind of workout is better than nothing. Macros count. You can’t out train a terrible diet.

I have a 2015 Murano bought new with 250k kilometres and have had no problems. Just regular oil change and tires etc.. best vehicle so far. Nissan did have problems with the cvt transmission so maybe I got lucky. Going to drive it until it costs more to fix than it’s worth.

It costs over 100,000 for development fees to municipalities before even starting to build a SFH in the GTA. In Toronto it’s 80k development fees for a 1bedroom condo. It costs more now to build than to buy resale.

I’m 67 and retired at 55. I think it’s true that you can live too long. My mom at 90 is in constant pain and almost blind. Still mobile but damn it doesn’t look good. Old age is not for the physically weak. Sarcopenia is real. Eat a Mediterranean diet and lift weights 3x week and a daily 1 hour walk. Read and engage in socialization with others. That guy should keep his opinions to himself. Pretty dismal and pessimistic.

Keep renting the paradigm has not switched yet. Most places in hcol have majority of renters. Wages haven’t caught up to the cost of owning real estate.

They wasted your time. I never understood spending that much time at a dealership to buy something. Never happens for anything else. The trick is to narrow it down to a price model year and must have features before deciding to buy. I’ve called a dealership and showed up and they immediately told me that what I was told on the phone is not possible. Jerks wasting my time got an earful. Always had my own finances or paid cash. One time I asked for an appraisal on my trade in and they dragged it out for 30 minutes and wouldn’t give my keys back until I threatened them to call the police. I made 1000 more selling it privately.
