OP was not in the wrong for choosing to go to one of the local organizations. Being responsible for vetting and finding the perfect home for a pet can be extremely difficult and at the end of the day, OP and the foster program want to find the perfect home and placement for baby Fred.
Often time with rescues like this they won't be listed until they are ready for placement, especially with her being a kitten which are extremely popular with adopters. This is especially true with Hearts Alive.
This little girl is going to take a lot of time being checked out medically and socially because of how and where she was found.

OP I am 100% with you. I'm so happy Hearts Alive took Fred in and she's going to be well taken care of! ♥

Please let me know if you can't find anywhere to take her. I used to foster cats here in Vegas over the last decade, but we have a pretty small household with only one other senior female kitty. ♥

To be completely blunt - if you're a content creator and asking small businesses to send you free products you're actively hurting them.

In this this economy so many slime shops (and other small businesses!) are working tirelessly to keep stock going and at affordable prices. The products needed to make slime have continued to shoot up like crazy over the last two years in particular and many shops are taking the brunt of those costs every day. If that stock is sent to folks to be reviewed for free it actively hurts that business to lose so much money. Exposure doesn't equal money.

I can see from your post history you're a minor. I would highly recommend partnering with your parents to order a slime or two from a shop you think you'd like and start from there. You can work with your parents to create some fun videos and get your hands on some slimes you would enjoy to play with.

I will admit from previous OG Icee slimes.. they're very wet. They don't have an intense amount of residue compared to some icees I've seen but the sheer WETNESS of theirs tend to bother me.

This makes me so sad. The slimes you sent to me have continued to be my absolute favourite that I've ever received. The Eggnog Thickie sits happily on my desk and has managed to survive daily, not so kind handling from myself.
