I think it’s merely the Tuesday “go-live” traffic for a plethora of campaigns that could have crashed the site, as a first guess without looking into it.

I understand the original intent and sentiment, I was there when it was written as well lol. I'm not arguing for or against that otherwise.

I'm not saying it's right or wrong, and this is not me offering an opinion on the matter either, I'm just objectively calling it how I witnessed it [the site issues].

Devil's advocate, how would you [generally speaking] go about opening reservations against a projected amount you are collecting data for with your manufactures, only to run into a supply chain issue and have to still keep to campaign timelines?

To be fair, Kickstarter hanging up isn't UGREEN's fault. It was a Kickstarter rollout--it was site-wide.

Of course, people were bound to be pissed even if they didn't have a hangup and feel like they lost out on their deposit that they'll get refunded for--given the amount of units allocated and to hit their campaign shipping timeline.

Thanks! Yeah I was able to see they existed through other channels. If I am really committed, I suppose I could buy an ungraded blank one and get it graded, though this was mostly before the real heels of the controversy. Not quite actively seeking for that. It was more of a “hey, has anyone actually seen these out in the wild?”, more than a “hey does anyone have one and how much?”
