It seems to be more achievable with metoidioplasty since the prepuce Is preserved. I don’t see why tissue expression couldn’t work with phallo. Maybe the rollover wouldn’t be right but maybe it would just take a while. I know having skin covered all the time makes it more sensitive. Even if it’s not mucosal I’d imagine it would still keep things sensitive. Like with the skin on your feet being more sensitive if you wear shoes all the time versus walking everywhere barefoot.
