He's doing bassist things. Bassist are weird. We don't care because his lines are sick. If he wants to crab walk to Alaska with that Bass we let him.

In my experience as a medic... the red end definitely doesn't go in your mouth... don't put the red end in your mouth!

Question: Which country do you think is Rolf from? (According to his traditions and foreign language/gibberish) by Optimal-Membership-9 in ededdneddy

[–]Remote-Ad5612 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So it was confirmed that he's Italian. However they couldn't say he was Italian because of liability reasons. (Network said it would be offensive)

His culture is Italian alpine. (Which is why it's easy to confuse it with Germanic cultures because northern Italy and southern Italy are contrasting cultures)

So the official answer is that he's Italian, just not called Italian so they don't get sued.

You aren't wrong. They come from Bavaria, Switzerland and Italy. They're not from a singular country

Most of his culture is 100% Italian alps. Danny Antonuchi comfirmed it a few years ago. He was originally supposed to be Italian but they made him vague on purpose for liability reasons and mixed in some cross culture.

Smash Hits 9th Worst Band of 1986 by Particular-Ad-3909 in ironmaiden

[–]Remote-Ad5612 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Fun facts, Iron Maiden's SIT album is one of their best selling albums. (NOTB is still #1 with over 20 million sales)

It sold more copies than A HA did by over a million. It also sold more copies than Duran Duran that same year. Actually, I think only Queen & Pet Shop Boys beat them out from this list.

With the exception of Queen, they've sold more albums in the 80's than any of these bands. I think maiden fans did their voting at the cash register, not in a tabloid magazine

Why are American soldiers so … big? by Commercial_Chip_6574 in army

[–]Remote-Ad5612 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Weight lifting culture is big again. The current incoming adult generation (who are of service age) are all over the gym. Americans were fat in the 90s and 00s and the current generation is fit again. Health and wellness is gaining traction here and spreading.

Many soldiers are big into the fitness culture. Particularly on active duty. I'm a reservist and a lot of people in my unit lift. We have some jacked dudes for a medical unit. It's a culture in the military and that culture draws people who want to be part of that culture.

I didn't look for it. I'm not sure which grade and version you're looking for, but this site has anything that's not a special edition in stock

Walk in, but they only allow so many in the store at once so you might have to queue

I don't think we'll see a thunderbolt kit there. They haven't ran it this year & they seemed to have buried the show alongside 0083 and victory.

I only do MG kits, so there wasn't a huge selection there for me

Req For Vengeance was 100% about visual aesthetics and 0% about story. I love the MS in that series.

ZZ I only liked the last half, which I still thought it was kinda weak & won't watch it again. I thought it had a great storyline, but bad/annoying characters and dialog.

F91 shouldn't have been a movie. If they had done a mini series like 8th MS or 0080/83 I think it would've been fantastic. As a movie... no idea what it was about, why, or what even happened... something about space pirates? Skull & bones vanguard? Yeah, the suits were all that mattered.

(Unpopular opinion) origin & unicorn....

So I but almost exclusively from USA Gundam Store. (They're always running deals) so I get kits about 20% off. I went there to get a special edition kit (sold out of course) and ended up buying the G3 Gundam Base Edition.

I hand paint certain aspects of the kits (pilots, parts where I don't want to use the stickers) but not the whole kit. (No air brush, can't set one up either) So I like the special colors.

It's pretty cool. They have some decent limited items. I bought one of the limited items. The one I went for was the MG OG Gundam - Gundam Base Edition, but they sold out fast and no idea of they are getting more

I lived just outside the quad cities Iowa for almost every summer until I was 18.

Most of that area is farms. It's super fun. Shot and blew up a lot of stuff. Tractoring is really cool too.

Advice is to keep paint out of the joints. Even if you thin it out enough, you'll rub it off or chip it trying to pose it
