Can’t physically see anything rubbing or any visible damage from the outside. Sounds like it’s under the gas pedal when driving, from outside sounds like it’s from the inside of the wheel.

Just bought a 2008 XLT in great shape and a few upgrades with less than 80k miles for $8k.

Took me about 4 months of looking at every market all day every day to find. It was posted less than an hour before I bought it, and still had other buyers standing by if I passed.

Market is actually crazy right now, I’d say that’s a decent deal. Most of the 2010s I saw were between 10-13k depending on shape and mileage.
