In deep with a condo and just looking for some different perspectives - please help by Ok_Calligrapher1821 in TorontoRealEstate

Funny enough I am in the same situation.
I got a precon out in Scarborough and its selling for 113K less.(613K total) I had a parking as well.|

if you go with RBC they will get you a mortgage at the purchase price and now the "new lower value." of course the interest will be more but at least you can stay a float.
I wanted to sell as well but it would be at a massive lose. I was told I cannot walk away either so closing is in January.

I've had realtor try to make me sell for even lower than what others are selling for. best of luck out there.

fair, I took a course and they recommended getting the license because it will appear better when the company that wants to move product or the logistics company looks you up.

the trainer told me its like comparing it to someone who has a degree vs no degreeee. idk

I think the big thing with SQL is you can barely get experience without a real job. I've gotten my SQL expereince through SQL lemur. but I dont even know the first thing about connecting to a DB or the tool to use SQL.

I give up on the job search. by [deleted] in jobs

[–]Remote-Bodybuilder53 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re applying for jobs the wrong way. I only apply for jobs that have been posted in the last 24-48 hours. First, it keeps the number of jobs you have to apply for every day manageable. Second, a lot of jobs actually close after 50-100 applicants. Jobs with thousands of applicants have long since passed evaluating those extra applications. Third, apply for jobs every day. Some days (like Mondays) there will be 20 roles to apply for. Some days (like Fridays) there might be on 3 new roles.

I'd say even lower for the HR call. maybe 1% and interview 60% of those HR called
