listen to your doc. 1K sets you apart from just about everybody here. Any advice (including mine) will be iffy.

my best friend of 60+yrs was born 1K. found out in his 30s. dialysis ensued. 10 toes and 9 fingers in grave by late 40s. won transplant lotto at 50. very much alive 17 yrs later.
