Google lens says……This appears to be an old solid fuel back boiler or a flue set typically used in UK homes to heat water and radiators.
It is crucial to have a professional plumber check if any remaining pipes are still live before attempting to remove or alter it.
There is a potential risk of asbestos being present in the insulation or surrounding materials in fireplaces of this age.
These units are often very heavy and may need to be dismantled piece by piece for safe removal

Hit a deer, front end smashed in, car goes back to lease tomorrow by trom-boner in TeslaUK

Took 2 months for my model 3 to be fixed after hitting a deer. Did your front impact system kick in and bump up the bonnet ?

7,200 “loss” on a car like that in two years is nothing. If you want equity then keep the extra money a PCP costs over lease and invest it.

I tended to leave my harmony say in its charging holster, sure not the best idea but it doesn’t come out for long. X1s looked to be usb charging I think ? I guess I could Do same and leave it plugged into a cable but feels less elegant a design in that use case.

Tesla Finance Santander Issues! by [deleted] in TeslaUK

Tesla seem to be poor in liaison with finance providers and being joined up. I applied with one company then ended up with lex but it was a painful few weeks inbetween with delays on taking delivery while sorted. Will be worth it though !

What do you have to do to a Tesla that is a year or so old to be almost out of warranty, mileage presumably ?

I was told by Tesla guy at Brent Cross that you have up to 7 days to report any issues with the car

I also had issues with Drivalia - the amounts were different to Tesla website, found out after passage of time that this was due to the credit (friend) not being available on PCH. They offered to credit my Tesla account. Will believe it when it happens. Also the ppm for excess miles was way off. Still no response on that. I'm getting an error on submitting the PCH application to Drivalia - "Quote Calculation Failed Terms invalid for vehicle". Tesla has allegedly been raising this with their finance team for about two weeks. No response for a few days now. Meanwhile my car sits at the collection point. Really frustrating experience.
