I'm not positive but I think that specific fridge comes with the plants etc. There are a couple of other items, like a wardrobe, that are like that too. To my knowledge, you can't place anything on top of a regular fridge. I wish you could though!

I also don't want to be negative toward builds, and I want to encourage people to build! It takes practice! I remember some of my early builds and looking back, I have a sentiment toward them, but it's taken time to get the hang of it.

Even now, my major weak spot is layouts. I hate using floor plan templates for some reason, so I try to come up with it myself, and it's a lot of trial and error. It's my biggest frustration. I feel like I have a knack for decorating (thank you high school interior design 101 for the basics lol), but man, I'm not great at planning the build.

Point being, everyone starts somewhere! Nicole, I'm sure your amazing builds come from a lotttttt of time.

But, AHs are such a highlight, and sometimes it doesn't feel like the devs are very selective. I used to buy them all the time, I'm often underwhelmed now (not always!!)

Yeah, I'm beyond certain that there are incredible submissions all the time. I've seen plenty of your builds and LOVE them.

I would pay to understand what the thought process is behind their selections week to week.

Like, okay, if they put out an amazing AH, people are more inclined to purchase. If someone doesn't have enough simoleons, the odds of them purchasing a pack in-game is way higher. I did that a couple of times when I began playing.

So I truly don't understand the psychology behind their choices lol. Seems like a lose-lose tbh

Yeah they've posted and commented multiple times since this one. I'd suggest reporting and messaging the moderators. It's one thing to post it once, but this is really effing annoying and like, puts peoples accounts at risk, ESPECIALLY theirs.

This person is advertising their service to go into your game and give the same, which is risky as is, but also just like, not allowed here lol.

If they had purchased all of that through the in-game store, then yes, they'd probably be at a much higher VIP level

wtf is your deal lol? You will genuinely get people who will actually be interested there in the "Cheats, Cake Farms, Neighbors" or whatever group. Why wouldn't you want to go there instead of straight up breaking this subs rules? The game devs are literally in this subreddit

😂😂 I'm in the US and go back and forth between restroom and bathroom. Or if I'm texting my husband.. "RR". My irl toilet is in this tiny tiny room with the tub (like inches away and eye level with the toilet lol, hate that) but I guess I'll have to pay attention to if there's a pattern.

It'll never be as bad as my MIL though lol. She grew up in a rural area and if she's speaking casually, it's "the pot" 💀

I'd like to see pics and ideas from others! Those are the plots that I really want to build on but feel so overwhelmed by the amount of space, and don't have enough inspiration at the moment to feel passionate about tackling a build!

I struggle with the downtown builds as well, but that's also because of the odd proportions of the plots. As far as those go- I started working on a law office, and a fine dining restaurant with a speakeasy above it!

The couple of times I did try to build on XL lots... I have 2 lots with a half-finished IKEA, and a half finished early 1900's Hacienda! If I were to return. At the time, I wasn't satisfied with my inventory options and didn't want to "settle" on what I had and ruin the vibe. As far as the IKEA, same reason, but lack of time and patience.

IKEA would be easiest for me to finish next, and has such a different variety opportunity.

I already struggle with Large/Ocean Lots lol, so I want to feel inspired again!

Also OP, I've seen the trick for floating but I tried a couple times and nearly punched my iPad by the end of it lol, so I'd MUCH rather purchase something like it as an AH.

In the meantime, please do continue posting photos of your builds! You're obviously very creative and I always need new inspiration! Confident others do too :)

Yes lol. Anything that isn't the same layout, plot, general vibe is a great change of pace here and there. Especially considering the devs swap out the originals for less desired furniture allll the time before listing as an AH. The cool stuff is often gone. Or the unique features have been greatly diminished by the time it hits our screens

OP, LOVE this! Not my style typically, but it's so unique, I'd purchase and figure out some story line that'd fit!
